The application process is all done online, but does require you answer some personal questions such as what you intend to do with the money, how you will pay it forward in the future, etc. There is also a $15 application fee paid at the time of submission. This money goes towards administration costs for processing the applications. To learn more and apply for this offer, visit the Nebraska Amber Grant website here.

Currently, students can get as much as $6,000 per year for up to twelve years. There are some eligibility requirements that must be met, mostly financial in nature, and there are also some restrictions on what schools you can attend.

To apply, go online and fill out the FAFSA form, and then speak with the financial aid office at your school of choice. They are the ones who will let you know what you qualify for as they give out the money. Tuition is first deducted from the sum and then the remainder can be used for other school-related costs. If you wish to learn more or apply, visit the SNAP website or your local office.
